🚚 Shipping

  • 🌍 Shipping areas: We ship within Germany and to the EU.

  • 📦 Shipping service providers: DHL Small Parcel (✅ insured, 🔎 incl. tracking) or EU DHL Warenpost international

  • ⏱️ Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment receipt.

  • 📅 Delivery time: Within Germany approx. 2–4 business days. Delivery times to the EU may vary.

  • ✉️ Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

🔄 Returns

  • 📬 Address: Returns are to be sent to the address provided in the imprint.

  • 💰 Costs: The return costs are borne by the buyer.

  • ✅ Refund: After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price via the originally selected payment method.

  • 📦 Conditions: The goods should be returned complete, undamaged and – if possible – in their original packaging.
